| Clarification Note: | It is submitted that the application for Consent to Establish (NOC) has been received from GE (South), Patiala. During scrutiny of the application, the following observations have been made: 1. Technical details have not been provided in the application form, as required information under Part-B Part-C and Part-D have been submitted as NIL. 2. The project report has not been provided. A detailed project report indicating technical details of the proposed STP, its capacity, treatment scheme, mode of disposal, details of DG set (if any), and other relevant information is required to be submitted. 3. The site plan submitted with the application is not clear and some of the other uploaded documents are also not clearly visible. 4. The applicable consent fee may be re-examined in accordance with the STE notification dated 12.06.2023, wherein the fee is charged based on the capacity of the STP. 5. The category appears to have been wrongly applied. The category shall be applied based on the STP capacity i.e 3.1 Sewage Treatment Plant ( if 5 MLD and above) or 3.2 Sewage Treatment Plant ( if 5 MLD and below) under Blue category. Therefore, it is requested to address the above said observations within 2 days. |
