May if approved, CTE for development of commercial project namely South Park Street -3 in the revenue estate of village Ayali Khurd may be granted with general conditions and following special conditions as under:- 1. The project proponent shall ensure that it has valid agreement for disposal of treated wastewater onto land for plantation as per Karnal Technology till the time it obtains the sewer connection, failing which Board reserves the right to cancel the CTE or initiate strict action including closure……….. 2. Providing a proper and uninterrupted transportation system for the transfer of treated effluent to the Karnal Technology area shall be the sole responsibility of the project proponent.…………….. 3. The project proponent shall use the following Khasra numbers solely for the purpose of Karnal Technology, and the land shall not be diverted for any other activity: Village Ayali Khurd: Khasra Nos. 23//1(8-0), 23/10(8-0), 23//11/1(3-11), 17//11(8-0), 17//20(8-0), 17//21(8-0), 18//25(8-0) 221/5(8-0), 22//6(8-0).………………. 4. The project proponent shall allot shops strictly as per the available disposal capacity and effluent handling limits provided by the Karnal Technology area………………….. 5. The project proponent shall make additional disposal arrangements if the need arises in the future, ensuring no discharge of untreated or treated effluent occurs outside the approved Karnal Technology system……………………… 6. The project proponent shall ensure regular maintenance of the effluent transportation pipeline and the Karnal Technology fields so that the system remains functional and effective at all times……………… 7. Any modification, deviation, or expansion in the layout, effluent quantity, conveyance system, or disposal area shall require prior approval of the Board…………………. 8. No development work shall be carried out at the project site until pipeline-laying permissions and Karnal Technology connectivity are ensured as per the undertaking…………….. 9. The project proponent shall obtain permission from CGWA for abstraction of ground water (if required) and shall comply with the guidelines issued by it from time to time……………………….. 10. The project proponent shall install smog gun to control the dust emission which shall be generated from the construction activities of the project………………………………. 11. The project proponent shall install water meter on its fresh water supply and all its proposed mode of disposal and shall make record of the same. ……………………….. 12. The project proponent shall provide adequate number of composting pits at site for the biodegradable waste to be generated from the project and the dry inert waste shall the lifted to agency as authorised by the local body and it shall comply with all the relevant provisions of Solid waste management Rules, 2016 on any other subsequent amendments at all the times. ……………. 13. The project proponent shall comply with the provisions of the Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control) Rules 2000. ……………. 14. The project proponent shall ensure compliance of the comprehensive guidelines for the regulation of noise/ sound pollution caused by use of loud speakers, public address system etc. issued by Punjab Government, Deptt. of Science, Technology & Environment vide notification no. 3/100/2013-STP(4)/145 dated 26.02.2014…………………… 15. The project proponent shall not give possession to the owners without prior permission of the Board. 16. The project proponent shall develop the project at its own risk and cost with respect to the arrangements for the disposal of treated wastewater Also, the ADC(UD), Ludhiana and CA, GLADA be requested to not allow any expansion / approval on the proposed land/ reserved for plantation, having Khasra no.( 23//1(8-0), 23/10(8-0), 23//11/1(3-11), 17//11(8-0), 17//20(8-0), 17//21(8-0), 18//25(8-0) 221/5(8-0), 22//6(8-0)) of village Ayali Khurd mentioned in the registered deed (Land ownership for Karnal technology) submitted by the project proponent.
