In view of note dated 28.02.2026 the point wise reply:-
1. The service station has provided 01 no. storage room for storing of hazardous waste and has also provided danger sign outside storage room. The service station has not obtained authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary) Rules, 2016.
2. The service station has submitted undertaking they don/t wash any kind vehicles their showroom & neither have they installed any kind of machinery which is used to wash vehicles. Further in future if they plan to start washing the centre, they are bound to take all permissions from PPCB before starting it.
3. The service station has installed CCTV cameras with a sufficient back up.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that: - 1. Electric connection of the industry may be temporary restored upto six months. 2. Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto six months with suitable conditions and special conditions that the service station will be submitted approved building plan from Director of Factories/Competent Person approved by the Director of Factories within one month. 3. The service station shall obtain authorization under the Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling & Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
