| Clarification Note: | The application was scrutinized and observed that: 1. As per the CA Certificate submitted by the industry plant and machinery has increased from Rs. 5437.32 lacs (as on 31.03.2022) to Rs. 10243.00 lacs (as on 31.03.2025) and the Total fixed assets is increased from Rs. 16432.66 lacs (as on 31.03.2022) to Rs. 22937.44 lacs (as on 31.03.2025) The industry has increased total fixed assets by Rs. 6504.77 lacs approx. However, the industry has not submitted any detail regarding increase of plant and machinery. 2. The industry is required to submit year wise CA certificate. 3. The fee submitted by the industry is not adequate for next five year. 4. The consent to operate applied by the industry is not as per new categorization of the CPCB vide no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-СРСВ-НО dated 12.02.2025. The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken, please. |
