Please give reply of following observations :
1. The quantities of domestic effluent generation given in the application form and earlier NOC granted are not in consonance with the feasibility report as well as note of AEE/EE.
2. No comments have been given regarding the availability and verification of dual plumbing arrangements at site during visit of officer of the Board on 12.02.2026.
3. Inspite of repeated requests and reminders, comments on analysis results of effluent sampling carried out during visit has been given.
4. Verified compliance report of NOC conditions attached is not proper.
5. Green area developed 0.13 acre and 0.5 acre is in which form, lawn or Karnal Technology and ownership details.. Green area of 0.5 acre is within the project or far..If at a distance, then what is the mode of disposal of treated domestic effluent.
