File Note: Respected sir, point vise reply is given below. (Reply of no.1). As per siting guidelines framed by Punjab Pollution Control Board vide Board office order no. SEE(HQ-1)F.244/2011/271 dated 10.10.2011 for hotel/motel/restaurant /lodge/Inn/guest house/Banquet hall/marriage palace the project proponent shall be allowed to set up hotel/motel/restaurant /lodge/Inn/guest house/Banquet hall/ marriage palace outside the Mc limits, in case the project proponent submits a certificate issued by the District Town Planner of the concerned area to the effect that the site is suitable as per the statutory/non-statutory Master Plan and their bye-laws and/ or submits building plan duly approved by the said Authority. It is submitted that the unit has submitted approved building plan duly signed by Er. Rishi Garg, Competent Person, approved under Joint Director of Factories, Punjab. (Reply of no. 2) The industry has submitted the Land Use Classification certificate issued by DTP, Sangrur vide letter no. 119, DTP(S)/LPAHG-143 dated 23.01.2026 wherein it has been mentioned that the site of the unit falls in the revenue estate of the village Kup Kalan, Distt Malerkotla. There is no phirni/laal lakir and MC limit within the 100 meter distance from the site of the unit. The site of the unit falls in the notified local planning area of Ahmedgarh .The Master Plan of Ahmedgarh has yet to be prepared and the activity of Hotel is allowed with special conditions. From the above said documents submitted by the industry, the site is suitable for establishment/regularization of the unit. This is for your information please.
