The case has been examined. If approved , file may be sent to Regional Office for furnishing the following documents/information within one day :
1. Compliance Report of NOC:
The compliance report of NOC submitted by the industry in annotated form is found blank, which is a mandatory document required at the time of scrutiny. Further, the RO has not commented whether the industry is complying with the stipulated NOC conditions or not. A clear and specific compliance status report, duly verified and authenticated, must be submitted.
2. Stack Emission Sample Report:
The stack emission monitoring report is missing from the file. It may be clarified whether stack emission sampling was carried out at the time of inspection to assess the efficacy of the Air Pollution Control Device (APCD). The copy of the laboratory analysis report must be provided.
3. Delay in Processing of Case:
The case has been processed by the JEE after a delay of 21 days, without placing on record any stack emission sampling report. The EE, Regional Office to personally guide and supervise the JEE to ensure that cases are processed strictly within the prescribed time period and that all mandatory documents, including stack emission monitoring reports, are obtained and examined before submission.
