While processing the case, Zonal Office Amritsar has find the following discrepancies:-
1. The industry has not submitted the detail of assets increase in CA certificates from the certificate submitted during last consent granted to it.
2. The compliance of EC and SAC conditions granted to the industry.
3. Status of the ODAMS/CCTV cameras installed and connectivity with the server.
4. The pointwise compliance of special conditions issued in the last consent.
It is requested to submit reply of the above observations within 02 days, so that application can be processed.
