The application of the industry has been scrutinized and the following observations have been made:
The Project Proponent (PP) has submitted two CA certificates dated 02.03.2026 and 25.02.2026, wherein the cost of fixed assets is mentioned as Rs. 22.61 lakh and Rs. 19.61 lakh, respectively. Thus, there is an increase of Rs. 3.00 lakh in the Plant & Machinery cost. The PP is required to clarify whether there has been any increase in production capacity corresponding to this increase in Plant & Machinery cost.
2. The PP is required to clarify why the lease amount of land and building has not been included in the CA certificate.
3. The PP has deposited CTO fee under the Air Act amounting to Rs. 1,100/-, whereas the applicable fee for one year is Rs. 2,200/-.
In view of the above, the Project Proponent is required to submit a reply to the above-mentioned clarifications within 03 days positively in order to further process the application. |
