| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted authorized signatory letter in the name of Kapil Kumar.
2. Earlier, the project proponent has submitted amount of fixed assets of Rs. 41.48 cr. Now the project proponent has submitted value of fixed assets of Rs. 34.01 crore. The project proponent needs to clarify reason for decrease in fixed assets along with supporting documents/ bill of sale.
3. The project proponent has not applied Consent to operate under new categorization.
4. In earlier application the project proponent has mentioned 1.38 KLD Trade effluent is generated & disposal. Now, the project proponent has applied renewal Consent to operate and mentioned 3 KLD trade effluent generated. The project proponent needs to clarify for change in the trade effluent detail.
5. The project proponent has not deposited bank guarantee earlier imposed on it.
6. Earlier, the project proponent has mentioned in the application form capacity of Diesel Engine @ 0.125 Megawat. Now, the project proponent has mentioned capacity of Diesel Engine @ 0.125 Megawat and 0.34 Megawat, please clarify.
7. Earlier, the project proponent has mentioned in the application form that 1 no. FES system installed at hazardous waste stabilization Bins. Now, the project proponent has mentioned 2 no. FES system installed at hazardous waste stabilization Bins, please clarify.
