On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted the details regarding bank guarantee imposed on the project proponent.
2. The project proponent has not submitted the NOC regularization fee applicable to the increase in fixed assets.
3. The project proponent has not linked consent fee with the application.
4. In earlier application the project proponent mentioned the name of director/ partner is Mr. Sandeep Subhash, Mr. Ritiesh Tibrewala and Mr. Neeraj Chopra. Now, the project proponent has mentioned Mr. Ritiesh Tibrewala and Mr. Neeraj Chopra is director/ partner in the application form, please clarify the reason for change.
5. The project proponent has mentioned in the application form that the solid waste lifted to recycler and Municipal approved vendors. Hence, the project proponent needs to submit the agreement of the same.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 1 day.
