CTOA/Renewal/KPR/2025/29574046 dated 27.10.2025 which is valid upto 31.03.2026 with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall get its air emission samples carried out within one month.
In compliance of special condition imposed by the Competent Authority, the stack emission monitoring sample were collected from porthole on stack of boiler after APCD on 02.12.2025 and sent to Board’s lab for analysis. As per the analysis results the SPM is found is 190 mg/Nm3 which is well within the prescribed limit of the Board. As per the new revised standards for boilers using wood as fuel, concentration of SPM should be less than equal to 500 mg/Nm3.
Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 with requisite documents.
The industry has already deposited Rs. 54000/- vide UTR No. IDIBN52025052162600083 dated 21.05.2025 & Rs. 36000/- vide UTR No. IDIBN52025071469967612 dated 14.07.2025 under Air Act, 1981, adequate upto 30.09.2029
