It is submitted that the project is a commercial project consisting of 03 blocks A, B, and C. Block-A consists of 82 SCOs & Hotel, Block-B consists of 19 SCOs and Block-C consist of 26 Booths as per approved layout plan. The project proponent has completed the construction work block A, B and C except for the Hotel in the Block A for which the NOC extension has been applied. The project proponent has separately applied for obtaining consent to operate for the components of the project whose construction work has been completed.
In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to establish extension may be granted to the project proponent upto 31.03.2027 along with suitable conditions. |
