It is submitted that the project is a commercial project consisting of 03 blocks A, B, and C. Block-A consists of 82 SCOs & Hotel, Block-B consists of 19 SCOs and Block-C consist of 26 Booths as per approved layout plan. The project proponent has completed the construction work block A, B and C except for the Hotel in the Block A for which the NOC extension has been applied. The project proponent has separately applied for obtaining consent to establish extension for the construction of hotel.
In view of the above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent upto 31.03.2027 along with suitable conditions, please. |
