| Clarification Note: | The application of the project proponent was scrutinized, and it is observed as under: 1. The project proponent has not provided any ETP or alternate proposal for treatment and disposal of wastewater generated from the scrubber. 2. The project proponent has not provided the details of minimum requisite facility as per Implementation Guidelines for Recyclers & Refurbishers under E-Waste(Management) Rules, 2016. 3. The project proponent is required to provide undertaking regarding the placement of the land in suitable zone as per Master Plan or provide the suitability certificate from DTP. 4. The project proponent has applied with the name of ‘E-Waste Recycling and Metal Recovery’. However, the site plan and feasibility report indicates the name of unit as ‘ECORE MATERIAL PRIVATE LIMITED’. The project proponent is required clarify the name of the unit under which permissions are sought to avoid ambiguity and need to re-apply, if require ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under name of ‘ECORE MATERIAL PRIVATE LIMITED’.
