On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under: The project proponent has mentioned in the request letter that the NOC was applied for sector 98, 86, 99 & 105. However, the project proponent has mentioned the complete address of the project in the application form. The project proponent has not mentioned the complete address along with project name in the application form. The project proponent has mentioned in the application form that the commission date is June 2018. Further, the project proponent needs to submit the detailed project report regarding how many plots are occupied and the consent status of the same. The project proponent has not mentioned the product details in the application form. The project proponent needs to clarify, whether the plot developed by the individual plot owner or the project proponent. The project proponent has mentioned in the application form that the built-up area of the project is 467455 sqm. Further the project proponent needs to submit the Environmental Clerance as per the EIA notification. The project proponent has mentioned in the application form that solid waste generated from the process will be disposed off approved site. Further the project proponent needs to clarify the approved site means. The project proponent needs to earmarked the location of plantation area which is used as per karnal technology. The project proponent has not mentioned the technical information required for authorization under HWM in the application form. The project proponent has not submitted latest six monthly compliance report of environment clearance. The project proponent needs to submit the complete layout plan for the project. Accordingly, the project proponent was requested to submit the reply to the clarification. However, the project proponent failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date. As such, the application is returned back being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations. |
