While scrutinizing the case, it has been observed that industry has not submitted the application fee under the provisions of the Water Act 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. The industry has submitted the DTP report wherin it has been mentioned that the site of the industry falls in the revenue estate of the village khanauri kalan with khasra no. 86//9,(3-19) , 13(5-1) ,14/1(4-4-4.5) , 16/2/1(2-3-4.5) with total area of 15 kanals 8 marlas , but khasra no. 16/2/1(2-3-4.5) does not match with the project site area. You are requested to submit the reply of the raised clarification within 02 days. |
