Earlier, the project proponent obtained EC for development of the residential colony namely living by Goldust vide no. EC25C3801PB5176678N dated 10.11.2025. The said EC was granted for 395 residential plots and 30 SCOs, EWS site, school site and community center…………………..
Now, the project proponent has applied for Consent to Establish for development of the project in an area of 63.316 acres with 418 Residential Plots, 11 SCOs, EWS site 3.244 acres, School Site 2.517 acres, Community Center 0.9 acres, Dispensary 0.52 acres with requisite documents and adequate NOC fee as verified by the RO……………………………..
The project proponent has submitted approved layout plan for the project…………..
As per the EC the total wastewater generation will be 807 KLD with STP of 1 MLD capacity based on MBBR technology followed by UF. The treated wastewater will be utilized as 344 KLD for flushing, 11 KLD for horticulture and 436 KLD onto land for plantation for karnal technology……………………
Now, the project proponent has applied for generation of domestic effluent of 846 KLD with STP of 1000 MLD capacity based on MBBR technology with reused of 369 KLD for flushing and remaining onto land for horticulture as well plantation as per karnal technology……..
The site was visited by officer of the Board on 03.03.2026 and it has been reported that :
• Boundary wall constructed and 3–4 houses already built.
• No rice sheller/stone crusher/hot mix plant/cement grinding unit within 500 m.
• No jaggery unit within 100 m.
• No drain passing through or adjoining the site.
• No common biomedical treatment facility within 500 m.
• No eco-sensitive area within 500 m.
• No MAH industry within 250 m.
• Petrol pump exists within 100 m radius of the project site.
• Two brick kilns observed nearby; one closed for more than 8 years and another located more
than 300 m away with valid consent.
In light of above, may if approved, Consent to Establish for development of residential project in the name of Living by Goldust be granted to the project for 395 plots, 11 SCOs(for which the layout plan has been approved), EWS site(3.244 acres), school site (2.517 acres), Community Center(0.9 acres), Dispensary (0.52 acres) with total land area of 2,62,539.8 sqm, Built up area of 1,46,603.143 sqm and green area of 29780.32 sqm and for generation treatment and disposal of treated wastewater for which the EC was obtained by the project proponent(copy of EC attached) with suitable conditions and an additional condition that the project proponent shall not carryout the construction activities beyond the limits/components for which the EC was obtained by it from SEIAA, Punjab.
