After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed the following shortcoming:
1. The industry has submitted CA certificate, which is issued in the year 2023.However, the industry has obtained NOC in the year 2024 for RMC & WMP. Further, the HMP has been installed in the year 2025 . Hence, the CA certificate appear to be more than 03 year old and may not reflect the current status.
2. The lease deed mentioned in land use classification has expired on Feb,2026. However, RO is recommended that CTO be granted for next 02 year without validity lease agreement.
3. The industry has not submitted any copy of building plan approved by DOF or any other competent person.
From the above, it is appear that RO is processing the application with very casual manner without proper verification of required documents.
If approved, EE,RO may be directed to process the application carefully after obtaining the necessary documents and ensure compliance of COP. |
