Earlier, the gross value of fixed assets of the industry was Rs. 234.70 lakh and the value of plant & machinery was Rs. 193.85 lakh as on 31.03.2023. However, as per the CA certificate submitted by the industry, the gross value of fixed assets has now increased to Rs. 246.00 lakh and the value of plant & machinery to Rs. 200.94 lakh as on 31.12.2025.
In view of the above increase in the value of fixed assets as well as plant & machinery, it may be clarified whether the industry has enhanced the production capacity of the unit and/or increased the pollution load due to the addition of machinery.
Further, it may also be clarified whether such additions in fixed assets and plant & machinery are permissible for this category of unit or not.
