After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that the industry has applied for renewal of CTO of the Board under both Acts with same production capacity. However, it was observed that earlier the industry had submitted CA certificate in year 2023 and showing the total value of fixed asset @26.16 crore including plant & machinery cost@25.48 crore. Now the industry has submitted latest CA certificate ,which show the value of total fixed asset @25.04 crore including the value of plant & machinery cost @24.23 core , but the fee slab remain unchanged .Now the industry has given its reply and informed that the value of plant & machinery reduced due to replace of Super heater/scrubber machinery /pipelines/ Demister with alternate technology.
The effluent sampling was carried out by the SEE Zonal officer in the month of Nov,2025 fromSTP & ground water monitoring .All the results were found within the prescribed limit. Hence , the unit is complying with the previous consent condition granted to it.
If approved, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981, may please be granted to the industry for five years valid up to 31/03/2031 with subject to suitable conditions and specific conditions.
