There is an increase of 06 cr. in plant and machinery cost, which is primarily attributed to following reasons as explained by the industry:
“Increase in Plant & Machinery cost – from Rs.249.43/- crore to Rs.255.11/- crore, due to replacement of some old machinery with new and latest models of machinery. Again confirmed here that the addition in plant and machinery is not meant for any expansion or increase in production capacity or any change in the raw material/manufacturing process. The cost incurred on repair/upgradation of existing ETP is also included in this increased cost of plant and machinery.”
Further, the trade effluent is generated from washing of components.
The manufacturing process consists of the main processes as under:
