Sir, the reply of the observations is as under:
1. The quantities of domestic effluent generation given in the application form and earlier NOC granted are not in consonance with the feasibility report as well as note of AEE/EE.
Reply: It is submitted that the project proponent has inadvertently wrongly calculated the water demand as it has taken 135 ltr/ day instead of 45 ltr/day in the water calculation for the SOHO’s. Hence the quantity of the domestic effluent generation may be taken same as given in the application form and earlier NOC granted to the project proponent i.e. total water consumption is 14.13 KLD, waste water effluent generation is 11.304 KLD. Out of the 11.304 KLD waste water, 6.78 KLD in flushing purpose and excess @ 4.524 KLD onto land for plantation as per Karnal Technology in an area of 350 sqm.
2. No comments have been given regarding the availability and verification of dual plumbing arrangements at site during visit of officer of the Board on 12.02.2026.
Reply: It is submitted that the dual plumbing arrangement has been provided by the project proponent as verified during the visit dated 12.02.2026.
3. Inspite of repeated requests and reminders, comments on analysis results of effluent sampling carried out during visit has been given.
Reply: The results of the samples have been received to this office on 05.03.2026 and the results of the effluent sample are attached in pdf and the results are within the prescribed limit of the Board (pH – 7.8, TSS mg/l - 82, COD mg/l – 240, BOD mg/l – 65, O&G mg/l – 8.2)
4. Verified compliance report of NOC conditions attached is not proper.
Reply: The project proponent has submitted compliance report of NOC conditions in tabulated form which is attached in pdf and the project proponent has been found complying with the conditions of the NOC granted to it except that the project proponent has provided green area in the form of lawns.
5. Green area developed 0.13 acre and 0.5 acre is in which form, lawn or Karnal Technology and ownership details. Green area of 0.5 acre is within the project or far. If at a distance, then what is the mode of disposal of treated domestic effluent.
Reply: The green area developed i.e. 0.13 acre and 0.5 acre are both in the form of lawns and the area is within the premises of SBC commercial project (area opposite to the commercial complex) and the land ownership is by Bansal Infratech (SBC commercial group). The representative has been asked to developed the green area in the form of karnal technology and he has assured to undertake the same.
