Sir, the reply of the observations is as under:
1. RO has collected the effluent samples during visit on 12.02.2026, however, the analysis results have not been incorporated inspite of repeated requests in the similar cases in past.
Reply: The results of the samples have been received to this office on 05.03.2026 and the results of the effluent sample are attached in pdf and the results are within the prescribed limit of the Board (pH – 7.7, TSS mg/l - 26, COD mg/l – 92, BOD mg/l – 17, O&G mg/l – 5.6)
2. Elaborate the green buffer of 15 m towards the air polluting industry.
Reply: The green buffer has been provided in the form of karnal technology in around 0.375 acres in the area adjoining the STP. (Picture enclosed)
3. PP has also developed plantation area as per Karnal Technology in an area of around 4.5 acres at a distance of approx, 500m from the project site. What is the mode of disposal of treated effluent on this land.
Reply: It is submitted that the mode of disposal of treated effluent is through underground pipe line onto the 4.5 acre land.
4. The dual plumbing arrangements for reuse of treated domestic effluent @ 47 KLD has not been mentioned in the report.
Reply: It is submitted that the dual plumbing arrangement has been provided by the project proponent as verified during the visit dated 12.02.2026.
5. No comments have been given on the compliance of conditions of environmental clearance to the project.
Reply: It is submitted that the project proponent was found complying with the conditions of the Environmental Clearance granted to it. It has provided mechanical composter of capacity 200 kg for treatment of biodegradable solid waste. Further, Chute system has not been provided as it is not feasible, however, separate wet and dry bins have been provided at ground level and for the common areas. Also, the project proponent has provided separate boundary wall of commercial complex from the proposed project and there is no access between these projects and hence the project proponent is complying with the additional conditions of the Environmental Clearance granted to it.
