It is submitted the reply of the clarification raised by EE ZO, Bathinda is enclosed herewith.
Keeping in view of above, it is again recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) may be granted to the Project Proponent for the manufacturing of mix board/paper board/mill board @ 3 TPD by using paddy straw, mix board scrap, scrap gunny bags and paper mill ETP sludge @ 4 TPD with suitable conditions along with specific conditions as under: -
1. The NOC is hereby granted for establishment of industry in the revenue estate of Village Mander, tehsil Budhlada, District Mansa in an area of 4 Kanals land bearing Khasra no. 37//18min (2-14) 19/1min (0-9) 19/2(0-17).
2. The industry shall operate plant only after obtaining the consents to operate and authorization from the Board.
3. The industry shall plant more trees along the boundary walls along with construction.
4. The industry will discharge only treated domestic effluent onto land for plantation / green belt.
5. The industry shall not increase its existing land area without prior permission of the Board.
6. The industry shall not increase its production capacity without the prior written permission/NOC of the Board.
