It is submitted that the application has been scrutinized and observed as under: 1. The water calculatoins in the fesibility report is not correct. 2. The PP has not submitted specific permission from MC w.r.t discharge of domestic effluent and solid waste generated from the premises. The industry required to clarify the observation within 02 days, but no reply has been received so far.
Keeping in view of above, the incomplete application is being returned with suggestions to resubmit the complete application within 07 days.
