Sir, the Project Proponent has submitted reports from the DTP and Tehsildar regarding the distance of the unit from the Nagar Council/Nagar Panchayat limits and the village Phirni/Lal Lakir. As per the DTP report submitted by the PP, there is no Lal Lakir/Village Phirni within a radius of 100 meters from the site of the unit. Further, as per the report of the Tehsildar, the unit falls outside the 100-meter radius from Lal Lakir. Moreover, there are no 15 pacca houses within a radius of 100 meters from the site.
Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period up to 31.12.2028 under the name style “M/s Vishwas Ready Mix Concrete” for the production of Ready Mix Concrete @ 2180 MTD using raw material as Aggregate 20 mm @610 MTD, aggregate 10mm @510 MTD, stone dust @400 MTD, Sand @310 MTD, Cement @250 MTD and Fly ash @100 MTD with subject to general and special conditions as mentioned in the note of the undersigned dated 26.02.2026.
