Detailed reply to the clarification/ observation give above.
In view of the above, it is recommended as under:
1.The short-term varied 'Consent to Operate' under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act,1974 may be granted to the industry up to 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions and with special condition as proposed by AEE. 2. The electric connection of the industry may be temporarily restored up to 30.09.2026, after the decision at Pt. no.1. Competency: Worthy Chairperson (Restoration case) |
