The verified EC compliance report is attached herewith for your kind perusal, please. The industry has submitted correspondence letter dated 15.01.2026 to Executive Director, PSCST, Chd, requesting issuance of feasibility report for installation of FES to control secondary emissions (copy attached) and the reply for the same from PSCST, Chandigarh is still awaited. The industry has submitted bank transaction statement of Rs. 5.0 Lakh as proof of advance payment against total work order amount of 42.50 Lakh to its vendor M/s JMS Enviro Care (copy attached). The industry has already submitted undertaking that it has engaged the services of M/s JMS Enviro Care and innovative Centre for installation of FES to control secondary emissions. The industry has submitted copy of work order for design and installation of FES for the control of secondary emissions. In view of above, may if approved:- 1. Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2030 with suitable conditions. 2. Consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for short period i.e. six months with special condition that the industry shall install and commission its Secondary Emissions Control System in this period. |
