While scrutinizing the application, it was observed that the quantity of raw material mentioned in application form of Water Act Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 is different and project proponent proposed to discharge its treated effluent into MC sewer which was earlier dischage onto plantation area. Hence, project proponent need to applied for varied consent to operate. Industry was requested to submit its reply of clarification raised within 02 days.However, industry has not submitted the reply of raised clarification. Therefore the application is being returned back with request to resubmit the application complete in all respects. |
