It is submitted that the clarification was sought regarding (i) submission of application under old category classification instead of revised CPCB classification and (ii) submission of detailed machinery list against the claimed increase in machinery investment.....................................In response, the unit has submitted that the application was filed under old classification (1999 – Miscellaneous Red) as the option to select the revised category is not available on the portal and has also submitted a letter regarding addition/removal of machinery. ........................
However, the machinery list attached with the hard file is combined and mixed in nature and does not clearly indicate the specific machinery related to the manufacturing/process operations corresponding to the claimed machinery change (~₹6.95 crore).
In view of the above, if approved, the case may be returned to the unit with instructions to apply after getting the category corrected to the revised classification and to submit clear item-wise machinery details pertaining to PROCESS machinery along with the online application. |
