Sir, kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the note of AEE, it is recommended that the revised Consent to Establish/NOC Expansion under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of Commercial Colony (Plotted) @ 161 Nos. may be granted to the project proponent upto 31.12.2031 with suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. |
