It is submitted that the industry has applied for fresh consent as the industry has changed its name from M/s Unique Pipe Fitting Works Regd. 96, Industrial Estate Extn. Jalandhar to M/s Unique Forge & Cast (earlier known as Unique Pipe Fitting Works Regd.) 96, Industrial Estate Extn. Jalandhar.
Also the industry has already submitted classification of area certificate in the name of M/s Unique Pipe Fitting Works Regd. 96, Industrial Estate Extn. Jalandhar issued from DTP, Jalandhar vide letter no. 1021 dated 04.05.2011 in which it is mentioned that the industry falls in General Industrial Zone as per Master Plan Jalandhar2009-2031.(copy attached). As such site is suitable for setting up of unit.
