In consideration of the reply submitted by RO and the report/ recommendations given earlier; if approved, the project proponent be granted Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for operation & occupancy in Commercial Plots @ 15, SOHO @ 87, be granted to the project proponent upto 31.12.2030, subject to suitable general and additional conditions and one specific conditions that:
1. The project proponent shall develop the 0.13 acre green area pocket as per Karnal Technology within 15 days, without fail.
