Also, regarding dropping of previous decision of the Board for sealing of the cabinet machines, an e-note no. 2938377 is active. The same is lying with RO………………………..
Recommended:
1. The consent application be returned.
2. File be sent to RO to do the above and to put up file for sealing of machinery so as to achieve the discharge of 520 KLD as per shares already got DEMAT by the unit for discharge of wastewater into the CETP of 50 MLD treatment capacity.
