The RO has submitted detailed report regarding the application submitted by the project proponent for extension in the validity of CTE earlier granted to it.
In consideration of the report/ recommendations of RO; if approved, the validity of the Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/PBIP/SAS/2023/2308144136 dated 27.09.2023, having validity upto 15.08.2024; which was further extended upto 15.08.2025 vide no. CTE/Ext/SAS/2024/27076774 dated 25.10.2024; be further extended for another year upto 15.08.2026, subject to all terms & conditions as imposed in the orignal CTE & subsequent CTE Extension granted to it.
