The industry is required to submit a Land Use Classification Certificate. As per the proposal submitted, the area earmarked for plantation falls under high-tension power lines; therefore, the project proponent is required to clarify whether it is feasible from the Concerned Authority.
Further, a rice sheller exists adjoining the proposed site, the project proponent is required to submit plan for 15 mtr. Green belt buffer zone as per Govt. of Punjab notification No.3/6/07-STE (4)/2274 dated 25.7.2008
