It is intimated that the industry has submitted a reply to the observations raised earlier. Upon scrutiny of the reply, the following observations have been made:
1. The industry has stated that the unit is situated in an Industrial Focal Point; however, the allotment letter for the same has not been submitted.
2. The industry has not provided details of the Air Pollution Control Device (APCD) installed with the furnace.
In view of the above, the reply submitted by the industry is found to be unsatisfactory. Accordingly, the application has been returned. The industry is advised to reapply after addressing and rectifying the aforementioned observations. |
