The report/ recommendations of RO in the matter has been perused and the following observations needs clarification from RO before proceeding further with application processing:
1. The RO has not furnished specific comments regarding compliance of the observations recorded during the previous inspection dated 11.12.2025, on the basis of which the project proponent was given personal hearing on 20.01.2026. The RO shall submit concrete comments on whether the deficiencies/observations noted during the inspection dated 11.12.2025 have now been complied with by the hospital.
2. Further to incorporate/ report the analysis results of effluent samples collected during latest visit to the unit for further consideration in the matter.
If approved, the application of the HCF be sent back to RO to submit compliance of the above observations, before proceeding further with application processing. |
