It is submitted that the competent authority whilst processing the application had raised query that "Whether complying with consent conditions and EC conditions". In response of the query raised by the competent authority, the RO had attached the compliance report of conditions of EC and CTOs as submitted by the project proponent; but had not submitted its comments on the respective conditions imposed thereunder and in annotated form. Therefore, the application was sent back to RO to submit its their comments w.r.t. compliance status observed, on the respective conditions imposed in the EC and CTOs obtained by the promoter company.
Now, the RO has submitted its specific comments w.r.t. compliance status observed, on the respective conditions imposed in the EC and CTOs obtained by the promoter company and the same are submitted for appraisal of the competent authority.
In consideration of the report/ recommendations of RO; if approved, the validity of the ‘Consent to Establish’ (NOC) from pollution angle under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 earlier granted to the project vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/18359142 dated 12/06/2022 having validity upto 31/12/2022, which was later extended upto 15.12.2025 vide no. CTE/Ext/PBIP/SAS/2025/2301286672 dated 13.02.2025, be further extended for another year upto 15.12.2026 (i.e. one year from date of expiry of last CTE), subject to terms and condition mentioned in the original Consent to establish as well as Consent to establish extension granted to the project.
