After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that PP has earlier obtained NOC for establishment of Rooms@ 52 No./day, Restaurant @ 25 No./day, Beer Bar @ 25 No./day, Banquet Hall @ 150 No./day, Banquet Hall @ 100 No./day & Banquet Hall @ 50 No./day along with discharge of domestic effluent @ 20 KLD onto land for
plantation in an area of 1107.86 sqm after treatment through STP., which is valid upto 18.5.2024 and further extended upto 21.4.2026.
Now,PP has applied for obtaining CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for increase of Rooms @52 to 61 Nos, Restaurant @ 25 No./day, Beer Bar @ 25 No./day, Banquet Hall @ 150 No./day, Banquet Hall @ 100 No./day & Banquet Hall @ 50 No./day along with extend the discharge of domestic effluent @ 20 KLD to 31 KLD due to increase of 9 rooms.
The visiting officer reported that the PP has not develop adequate planation area for the disposal, water calculation demand incorrect, DG set without stack, no arrangement for disposal of MS. Hence, the unit is non complying with environmnetal norms.Further the PP has applied under previous cat code @2038 instead of latest cat code 4.3.

Air Act, 1981 issued to the establishment with an opportunity of hearing at Zonal, pl.
