After perusal the report, it was observed tat the PP has already obtained NOC for establishment of commercial colony with validity upto 25.4.2024 for the establishment of factory outlets @ 76 numbers, Restaurants @ 2 numbers and Food courts @ 1 number and for discharge of domestic effluent @ 10 KLD for reuse for flushing purposes and / or green areas in the premises with only surplus treated water for discharged onto land for plantation, subject to the conditions mentioned therein. Further , the NOC extended upto 9.01.2026.
Now the PP has again applied for extension in validity of NOC with same configuration and RO has reported that construction activity is still going on site. No present occupancy in the project . The representative informed that the construction of commercial complex will be completed by Dec-2026. The PP is complying with provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 as well as conditions of CTE (NOC), earlier granted to the unit.
If approved, it is recommended that extension in validity of consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981may be granted one year for establishment of commercial colony / factory outlet having 76 no. SCOs, 2 no. restaurants and 1 no. Food court with suitable and special conditions mentioned in above note.
