| Clarification Note: | The application has been reviewed, please reply to following points: A> Following special conditions were imposed during grant of last consent, please provide reply of the same. 1. The Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana shall operate its ETP regularly and shall make assure that EMF flow meter and OCEMS are operational 24x7. 2. The Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana shall apply for NOC (expansion) for increase in discharge, if required, alongwith proposal to make alternate arrangements for discharge of its increased effluent i.e. either onto land for plantation or make ZLD system. 3. The Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana will obtain the permission for the use/abstraction of ground water as per the requirements of Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA). In absence of obtaining of permission, the operation of the industry is entirely at its risk and cost and the Board will not be responsible for any loss, in case the CGWA will prohibit the abstraction/use of water on account of non-obtaining of such permission. B. Please provide latest CA certificate having details of gross fixed undepreciated values of Plant & Machinery, land component, Building and other assets. C. Please update category code as per new categorization, email regarding the same to sent to ppcbro3@yahoo.com. |
