Sir, in reply to certain observations raised by ZO, it is submitted as under:-
1. Point-wise compliance of the mechanism/guidelines for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at individual establishments and the area/cluster of restaurants/hotels/motels/banquets, issued by CPCB/Board, is attached again.
2. The compliance of NOC/CTE special conditions submitted by Marriage Palace was verified and found complying (Copy attached).
3. With respect to completion certificate of the Septic Tank along with dimensional drawing/design details, the Marriage Palace has submitted that the septic tank of dimensions (24'X11'X8') has been provided at site as per the requirement (Photos attached).
4. The Marriage Palace has submitted opening ceremony invitation card as a proof of date of commissioning/operation of the Marriage Palace (Copy attached). As per which Marriage palace has been commissioned on 22/02/2026.
5. No air emissions/water sampling has been done yet. During visit, no discharge of effluent at outlet of STP was observed and the representative of the Marriage Palace informed that the opening ceremony was very small function and thereafter no function has been carried out in the Marriage Palace. Sampling will be done as and when the Marriage Palace will be in operation.
6. The CA Certificate submitted by the Marriage Palace certifies the undepreciated Gross Value of Fixed Assets, as required for assessment of consent fee.
7. Copy of visit report is attached and agenda note is uploaded.
Keeping in view of above, the Marriage Palace is found complying with the applicable guidelines and environmental norms.
