The reply sent by RO has been examined and it has been observed that the built up area of the project is more than 20,000 sqm & thus, the PP is required to file the application under orange category as per the new categorization issued by CPCB. Further, the affidavit submitted by the PP is not as per the points mentioned in the clarification raised to the RO. If approved, the RO be asked to return the application to the PP and get it applied under orange category.
