Pursuing the note dated 10.03.2026 of AEE RO, the industry had installed 02 no. D.G. set of capacity 125 KVA and 62.5 KVA. The industry had failed to provide canopy/acoustic enclosure alongwith the D.G. sets. The industry had failed to install CCTV cameras at desired points as per SOPs laid by the Board till date. As such, the industry is not complying with the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 and the SOPs made for such type of units………….It is therefore, recommended that show cause notice for refusal of consent be issued to the industry with an opportunity of show cause within 07 days……Submitted for approval, please. |
