On scrutinizing the application, following observations have been observed:- 1. The allotment letter issued by PSIEC is for Nursing Home. However, the applicant is esablishing hospital at the above site. Please clarify. 2. The project proponent has mentioned same value of water consumption and waste water generation details in application form. 3. The wastewater treated from ETP is being disposed off to plantation. However, the project proponent has not demarcated the plantation area in map or feasibility report. 4. The site plan submitted by the hospital is for I.T. building. The project proponent needs to get approved building plan for hospital.
No reply has been received from the HCF till date. Hence, the application is returned being scrutiny incomplete. |
