The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry was earlier granted CTOs in the name of Sh. Daljit Singh, (Managing Director) and it has now applied in the name of Sh. Sachin Gupta, Director. However, the industry has submitted the Board's resolution in the name of Sh. Harsimran Pal Singh, Plant Head cum Factory Manager. Kindly clarify.
2. The industry has applied under old category. As such, it is required to apply under new category as the CPCB revised categorization.
3. The industry was earlier granted CTO for usage of Insulation Foam sets @ 800 Nos/day and Air Conditioner Compressors/ Motors/ Grills/ Fan and Blowers/ Controllers/ Capacitors @ 800 Nos/day as raw material; however, it has now mentioned the quantity of both raw materials as Nil.
4. The industry was earlier granted CTO for manufacturing of Motor Veh/ Combine/ Tractor Parts @ 500 Nos/day, Assembly of Air conditioners @ 800 Nos/day and Sheet Metal Comb. Components @ 1000 No./day; however, it has now mentioned the quantity of Assembly of Air conditioners as Nil as well as double the quantities of other products in the application form. Kindly clarify.
5. There is increase in value of land amounting to Rs. 662.53 lacs as per the latest CA certificate. As such, the industry is required to submit the documents of land such as registry/jamabandi as well as classification of the said land.
6. There is increase in value of building amounting to Rs. 994.75 lacs. As such, the industry is required to submit the revised building plan approved from the Competent Authority.
7. There is increase in value of building amounting to Rs. 545.77 lacs. As such, the industry is required to submit the detail of the same as well as clarify that whether there is increase in production capacity after installation of the additional machinery.
8. The industry has not deposited the NOC regularization fee amounting to Rs. 49,200/- for increase in cost of fixed assets.
9. The industry has changed its fuel from LPG to PNG; however, it has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981. As such, the industry is required to apply varied consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981.
As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
