Kindly peruse the note history & note/ report/ recommendations sent by EE, RO, Patiala
Certain observations were raised by the competent authority, and now RO has submitted reply of the same, which may kindly be perused.
RO has categorically submitted that the industry has complied with SOP conditions as well as the points raised by protestors.
In view of above and report/recommendations sent by EE, RO, Patiala, if approved, following actions may be taken: 1. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be dropped and RO may be allowed to open the seals of reactors and D.G. set. 2. Directions may be issued to PSPCL for restoration of electric connection for six months. 3. Consent to Operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for processing of waste tyre @ 10 TPD only, may be granted for six months, with suitable condition and special conditions as mentioned in the note of RO, please. *competency- Worthy Chairperson of the Board
