Kindly peruse the note of AEE, as per which, the project proponent had earlier obtained CTE for establishment of an industrial complex, which was valid upto 06.03.2026.
Now, the project proponent has not carried out any construction activity on the proposed land and has accordingly applied for obtaining CTE extension for further one year.
Accordingly, it is recommended that the validity of Consent to Establish (NOC) granted under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be further extended for 01 year up to 03/03/2027 subject to the same conditions.
